How to make the A-Chassis automatic gear

Hello I want to make the A-Chassis automatic, so like when I reverse the car I don’t need to keep changing the gear. I have seen this on many a-chassis cars but idk how they made it.

If someone knows i would be grateful

Just search “transmission” using cntrl+f inside the A-Chassis Tune script. You will see the first line below the transmission section is tune.Transmode and you change it to “Auto” inside the parentheses. It should show up as green text. Also, delete the other text inside the parentheses if there is any or else it will add an option to change the gears to semi-manual or manual using the m key.

I did it and it seems to dont work, you still need to shift to go between reverse, neutral or drive

It is probably somewhere in the Drive localscript then. You should try adding a-chassis cars from the workspace and see if they go into reverse automatically. If so, you can just copy and paste the a-chassis script over to the car you want and change all of the values to the ones you want.

im actually thinking that the newer a-chassis dont work very well, since i found some vehicles that trollface made and it works perfectly automatic, probably with the older version, when i pasted the scripts my car dont work, so i dont know what it can be

The way I found to fix this problem is by copying the Drive script from A-Chassis 6.52S2 and pasting it into the version you’re using, which is A-Chassis 6.81T by Novena I assume.

NOTE: This will remove the boost and turbo from A-Chassis 6.81T

But unless you really want to have boost and turbo and all that, I’d recommend using A-Chassis 6.52S2.

what is the key for boost/turbo?

If you’re using 6.81T you can’t have a turbo. I recommend using 6.52S2 or 6C.

yeah but what key(Keyboard) do i press to use turbo

I don’t think there is a key for Turbo, unless you’re using some custom chassis.

then how do i use it (already at the recommended version)

Try to find in the script the word Horsepower, then try to find the Keyword ‘Turbocharger’ or ‘Supercharger’. They do the similar purpose.
