I am pretty sure there is something for this already, try doing /t <message> or /team <message> in the chat.

just make the players know about the free command in every game:
/t or /team to see and post into the team only chat where only the players on the team can see the messagfes
Oh, I means it will be announce to everyone in a Team with me.
You will have to hire a scripter to do that, the dev forum is here to help you with issues with your scripts however we cannot fully make it for you.
