How to make these Effects with Adobe / Blender

How do people make GFX’s like this?
I have Adobe and Blender but I have no idea how they do it.

This GFX is 5 years old (Made by nanda000) as it was made in 2016 but I’m just blown away by it and I want to know how to get this good.

What I’m trying to ask is:

  • How the effects are made
  • How he added the nice glow to the Character
  • How he changed the texture on the Character

Sorry if my questions are confusing. I don’t really know what I’m doing. I’m pretty sure I have all the software to do this though.

Let me just start by saying that this is a very cool GFX. I know it’s not made by you, but still…

Anyways, the effects aren’t reflected in the floor, as accurately as you might expect, if they were actually rendered in software like blender, so it has most likely been added in post processing, as well as those particles around him. Some paint splash brushes, and accurate edge lining with a bright neon brush should do the trick.

As for the texture, I have no idea what the original render looked like, but some effects were definitely used for this. It looks like the image of the other robloxian on the shirt, was a part of the character render. It does also look like the arm and torso were completely repainted in post.

Thanks for the feedback! I can actually understand how you explained it and it makes sense. I’ll have to try doing something similar tomorrow.
Thanks again!

Anyways, how did they make the reflection on the floor?
