So in short I want to make a teleport screen like this( i really don’t know what’s this call) :

Well thats so easy! just make a circle decal and use :TweenSize to it!

To be honest I don’t really understand what you mean.

You mean a Ui that cover the entire screen or a UI that has an hole in it and resize in the way the first video shows?

Yep, do you know how to do that?

You can draw an image that is transparent with an hole in middle and resize it, also surround it with squares of the same color to make the player not see the background, for drawing the image consider using paint.net.
