What is the best way to get that background for a GFX the orange triangles in the background

You can find backdrops “backgrounds” online or you can make your own in whatever external software you use. There are many tutorials and topics like this. Please research before making a new topic + search for tutorials. Goodluck

The “orange triangle” background is called a sunray, and you can either find these off of whatever browser you use, or you can make them in Adobe Illustrator. The dots are often called a half-tone, which you can also find on the internet or make in Adobe Photoshop.

ya I have done that dots before but I had no idea how to do the sunray lol. But because I’m not a designer or artist I use pixlr 
if you have any suggestions for a good free software then I would love to know.
Note: I have heard of Gimp just never tried it yet
What program do you use? Look under effects (depends what program) for a light ray effect.
Ok I use pixlr so it might have it but I would bet not tho
