on mobile devices, mostly low-end ones, show this checker pattern on them
but in pc doesn’t, i know why, but, how would i make it happen on pc too?, and customize it?, is there a way or any other possible solution to this?
Have you made sure that your studio graphics settings are set to the highest level?

Yes, but i need so i can replicate the same effect from mobile to pc
You really cant. Highlights arent really customizable to that degree yet unfortunately.
