How to make this light fade effect?

Good evening.

I have been trying to replicate this light effect from PLS DONATE :money_with_wings:, but I cannot get to anything similar to it.

I tried using decals but the result is not the same. Any tips?

Try using two beams, one smaller than the other.

ParticleEmitters might do the trick, they can change Transparency over time
