How to make this look good

1. What do you want to achieve? ok so I have a frame that I need to put images on but I want to have them inside money and I need six of them (white rectangles are where the pictures would go)
   

   
   
   
   

2. What is the issue? I have to make them big enough that you can actually see the pictures, but then you can’t really tell that the background is money (well maybe you can on the coin)
   

   
   
   
   

3. What solutions have you tried so far? I honestly don’t even know what I would look for

How would I do this? The dollar bill just looks like a green border. . .

I think you can make $ signs(black color) on both sides(left and right) so image would be between them. I prefer usefulness over design
