Just a quick question, how would I make this type of UI but replace the noob with a cap?

You’d have to use an external software to create it and then add it as an ImageLabel or an ImageButton
I don’t think there is a way without using an image

Nah like any editing softwares i can use that are free or are there any tutorials?
You can use Krita, it is a photo editing software with many functions and it is similar to photoshop.
For pixel art try using pixilart.com website (highly recommend) and for anything else I guess you can use picsart ibis paint whatever
