How to make transparent water?

hey yall I want to know how to make water clear / transparent like in the photo below ( photo is not mine, credits go to policee2 )

there is a property in terrain called “WaterTransparency” set that to 1

yeah, I’ve tried but it still looks like this

That should be because your graphics are low. Try raising them to as high as they can go. (You’ll need to turn them up to at least 8 to be able to see the effects.)

I belive if you want to see it in studio go to: file > studio settings > render > graphics to 21 if you want the best effects (I think because Im on a computer that does not have Studio)
