I have made Some shirts (Classic shirts to be specific) that I would love to sell in the future, But I want some tips on how to actually sell it to people on the Marketplace, And how will I be able to make it on at least the 10th page so people can actually see it.

usually, you’d need to use popular keywords in ur clothing’s title and description (for example “y2k”, realistic", things like that) to improve its searchability. use homestores and stick with trends. relevant
& trendy designs are more likely to attract attention and get sales

Not too sure about now but the way people got their shirts on the front page back in the day was to set it’s price extremely high (20-60k), purchase it on an alt account, then drop the price back down to a reasonable range. By doing this it shows that the shirt is in high demand (Generating a lot of money) and will be pushed to the front page.
I believe that does still work, but it’s a pretty expensive way to do it 
It’s either sales count or total income from sales that it is based on, I’m not 100% sure though
