This is a weird question, but, is there an easy way to model clothing around a dummy in Blender? I wanted to try and make a suit, but I’m just not sure how to do it.

Not neccesarily difficult but time consuming, You need to know how basic seams in clothing work and some scultping knowledge. This video gives you a general idea and walkthrough on it.
