How to move lower arm left and right in Blender?

Hi, I’m xplluto,
I’m trying to move the lower arm left and right. I’m not sure if I can’t or is there a way to move the lower arm left and right. Please tell me if there is a way to move the lower arm left and right or if there isn’t. Thanks!

I have had this problem quite a lot too, unfortunately with this rig I don’t believe you are able too. You could try go into edit mode, select that portion of the arm and move it that way?
