How to offset bone origins when animating in blender? [Solved]

Is there a way to temporarily offset the origin of the LowerTorso Bone in blender. I want to be able to pivot the whole character on only the left leg , so I want to set the rotation origin for the LowerTorso above the leg temporarily so I can make the keyfram I need :

I put a cube in the spot I would want to be able to rotate the Lower torso around.

You could always set the origin point to that point on the left leg and then just the pivot point to origin point.

How would I do that? I am still new to blender.

F3 to open up search panel and type snap to active. Or alternatively press Shift S and then press 2. And then do as I showed in the video.
