How to Place Models using a CSV?

I have a electric pole model that I have placed on Blender.

I exported the position of each pole into a CSV/Spreadsheet.

How can I get Roblox to read the CSV and place a model with position, rotation, and scale?

I have exported the CSV, each row is 1 electric pole with its location and rotation.

Before you start setting up a server and everything, consider if it’s acceptable for you to just copy/paste some text from a file into a ModuleScript whenever you make a change. You can just open any CSV file in notepad and copy/paste the text into Studio.
