I haven’t played your game, but I’ll try to give some general feedback based on my experience:
Playtest your game constantly. I playtest after every small change, not only to make sure it works, but to look for other issues along the way.
If you find something that could be better, fix it right away. If you add your problems to a backlog, it could start to pile up and become overwhelming.
Pay attention to the small details. If you see a place where you could include an animation, extra detail, handle another potential case, or add something small, do it. This will make your game seem much more polished to the people who actually notice it.
Add “juice.” Use special effects and sounds to make certain parts of your game feel great. This will make your game seem even more polished.
