How to prevent big offset when rotating on moving object?

You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:

  1. What do you want to achieve?
    I want the lasers to shoot from the barrel as the aircraft rotates and turns

  2. What is the issue?
    It has a big offset when the aircraft is rotating or turning

  3. What solutions have you tried so far?
    I am using body velocities and set ownership on the part, but I am not understanding how to get it to not have an offset when turning.
