Well, I’m wanting to put a texture to a model that I made in blender, but I just don’t know how to do it. The texture I want to put is one from the PolyHaven
page and it is really confusing for me, the texture I want to put on the handle of a pan that I made, but the whole model is one and I don’t know if it influences the texture

Get uv set maps and use a photo editor to cut texture and put it in respective uv area and import all maps in this manner.
I personally would suggest you to use Materials instead of UV mapping. Especially if you don’t really know how to use UV map yet.
To use materials go to the Material Property and create a few materials which you the assign to the single faces. When you are done separate the mesh by the materials and export every material. This gives you more freedom when working with reflectance, transparency etc.
