How to recreate volumetric light? It's possible like in this game, but how?

Lighting in the game

This game uses a volumetric light add-on called VOLUMICA

It is she who creates this noise, but VOLUMICA cannot create such rays and it seems to me that this is some kind of addition. I have seen some plugins and models with volumetric light, but they are so unoptimized that they are unusable!
Usually there is a mesh at the base that consists of many Planes from Blender and this mesh is located right in front of the camera.If I’m wrong, correct me, but it seems to me that this is not VOLUMICA but an addition to it.

There are no lags in this game and it is unlikely that such volumetric ray methods are used.
