How to remove delay from smoke moving from one position to another

I am currently creating a mood system for my game, but I can’t seem to figure out how to make the dirtiness smoke effect not delay changing its position to a character’s position.

This is not a delay in the smoke reaching the position of the character, as long as it is parented to the character it will follow the character… if you want the smoke to appear quicker at the new location, increase the Time Scale closer to 1.
