I have some problems with an infected place from my Roblox friend this hacker have accès to the game and have changed the color from some parts i will contact the customer service bots for it but what must I tell to them I have not find scripts that can be malicious only what in somemmodrls are are named with frong emoticons in it some with ? In it and an 
on it I removed this models but not know who made it
You don’t contact Roblox Support to remove or help remove game viruses; as the developer, getting rid of them is your responsibility (Roblox Support likely couldn’t remove them even if they tried, anyway).
Easiest way to get rid of them is to revert your game back to a previous version that you’ve published via the Creator Dashboard.
(An example from one of my older games)
Without hardcore proof or evidence against the other user in question, nothing will happen to their account
