I’m curious if it’s possible to render all SurfaceLight instances because I’m attempting to create a thumbnail picture of my driving game. However, the rendering stops when your view is too far.

I have tried changing the EditorQualityLevel to Level 21 but apparently nothing seems to help.
There’s not really any way to deal with this. Try a different a lighting technology; if you’re using Future the light rendering distance is particularly low
Test with various lighting technologies, also, if you are making a thumbnail, then consider using actual rendering softwares like blender, which provide bettter graphics and better result that look more appealing!
