In the Roblox game Find Everything, there are these sticky walls that allow you to climb in every direction on it. Your character is relative to the sponge wall for as long as you’re on it.

Fairly sure the file size is too large, and I can watch Vimeo without logging in though.
Anyways, there seems to be an open resource about this, but just without animations. You can try to see if it works out for you!
