How to reset rig in moon animator

I accidentally closed roblox studio when animating with moon animator and now the default animation is stuck in the idle sword animation I made. How do I reset it?

Should I just manually change it back to the original idle animation or is there a better way to do this?

As far as i know the only way to reset the rig is creating another dummy and moving the saved animations onto it very annoying bug.
