How to rotate inclination angle on cylindrical constraint

I have an issue where it rotates on the wrong axis (im following a tutorial for learning).

I want this^

I get this.

Inclination angle only allows me to rotate on that axis and idk how to fix it.

Click on the attachment, select the rotate tool.
Thats the best I can only do, I never experiment with the cylindrical constriant.

The tutorial wants the attachment in this orientation

which doesnt allow me to rotate the way I want

You can just replay the tutorial your watching, maybe you missed a step.

You can rotate Attachments Manually.
Changing the ‘InclinationAngle’ in the Properties isn’t what you want to do.

Make sure both Attachments have the 2 yellow and 2 orange arrows pointing the same directions.

I only have 1 yellow/orange arrow? Also rotating the attachments doesnt help when trying to rotate the inclination angle
Edit:
I need the “disk” to be aligned
image
and rotating the attachment doesnt work?

For steering the hinge (disk) is attached to one Attachment in the CylindricalConstraint. The two orange posts you see on the bottom green sphere need to point the same direction as the lengthwise travel of the spring & CylindricalConstraint. The bottom Attachment is in the Bottom block and if set to ‘Servo’ can rotate the Bottom block & wheel to steer it.
See the comments in the picture below. The Attach bottom Cylindrical is aligned to spin around the green axis line. The Wheel needs a second HingeConstraint to attach to the lower leg

If you only need the wheel to spin and travel up and down change your InclinationAngle to make it in line with the wheel axis and get rid of the Bottom block and the HIngeConstraint in the wheel. It’s explained here:
