How to shift between the move tool and rotate tool in Moon Animator

So I’m playing around with moon animation suite, and I’m trying to make a running animation, but I can’t switch between the rotate tool and move tool. How do I switch?

I think it might be the “R” key or the “T” key (please correct me if I’m wrong). If you still can’t, make sure Moon Animator is up-to-date.
