How to simulate holsters swaying to physics

I was playing Electric State and saw their holsters abide by physics and sway. Does anyone know how I can achieve this? I have tried rope constraints, spring constraints, etc, and neither work. If anyone knows please do let me know.

My approach would be using AlignOrientation. My assumption would be that they create an Attachment on the back of the player, and use AlignOrientation for the swaying effect. AlignOrientation will try its best to align its parent to have the have the same angle as its Attachment0. This is only my assumption, but I think it is a good approach for this. Please do try it out.
