ahh so make a normal part then insert a special mesh into it

download blender and use the Bevel modifier on an object. Learning blender basics takes 7-14 days but after that you can do this to any shape, not just cylinders
the bevel modifier also lets you choose the roundness level given to the object, so you can make slightly rounded or very rounded edges
example, that roblox head shape is just a cylinder with a large bevel
