How to smooth out union/part corners?

Hello Developers,

When I am trying to make a cylinder-like union, it often comes out very ridged and bulky as shown below. Does anybody know how to smoothen the sides without having to redo the whole thing and set a different angle? Cheers!

You should just negate a cylinder with a smaller cylinder inside of it there is really no way to fix this.

CSGs have a smoothing angle property. I would suggest using a meshpart and apply smooth shading instead though.

Or build it in Blender (it’s free and not that difficult to learn when you search for tutorials) and you can keep whichever edges you want Sharp and Smooth the others to make it look perfect!
