How to smoothly transition between animations

I am currently working on an fps system, but one issue i’m having is how the idle animation transitions to the aiming animation, I dont like how it feels snappy and too quick

I have tried animation weight, but it didn’t seem to change anything. Is there another way to go about doing this?

If it feels too snappy then try reducing the animation track’s speed.
