Have you try edge spilt yet?
So basically there is a function that blender has called Shade smooth
In a nutshell, it makes sharp edges look like smooth edges
It looks sort like this
To fix this, tick autosmooth and set an angle, this angle is the minimum angle
that it tries to smooth a sharp edge, the greater it is, the more edges that will be smooth`d
Try experimenting, use anything between 30 to 45 and see how that helps

You could try Mesh > Normals > Reset Vectors. If those windows have hard 90-degree edges, select the edges around it and try Edge > Mark Sharp.
