How to speed up animations?

How can i speed up my animations? I have 5 attack animations but they are really slow. I could just drag the key frames but there a lot of them. I know about animationtrack but how would i add that to this code?

Use AnimationTrack:AdjustSpeed. Note you have to play the animation before calling :AdjustSpeed.
