without an annoying tax, no. 
if the game is owned specifically by you, the only way to give funds to people (such as your developer) is through “donations” and such.
your partner would just make a gamepass, and you would buy it. maybe don’t do it in PLS donate, because then silly hazem will take 10%.
my recommendation is to just make a group, and make it responsible for the game. it makes giving funds EASY (no pending period for recipients), and it’s just a better way to build community for your games.
