Right this gonna be a short tutorial but whenever the move tool is pressed it basically halves your frame rate so to fix it all you have to do is go to
File > Studio Settings > Studio > Tools > then make sure Use Bounding Box Move Handles is on. This may not be the best solution but it’s a good fix for now
(Sadly doesn’t work for orientation tool 
)
Just thought I would put this out there as looked about earlier and couldn’t find any ways to stop the lag. Enjoy no lag
