You should be more responsible with the permissions you give to your apps/websites, that happens when you give your cookies (or give perm to them see it) to a random untrusted app/website.
Also that has no relation with devforum because it’s a personal problem not related to the development.
You can’t do anything to fix it once it started. Just create a new account or report the website/app that made you that (if you know what was it) to see if they’re banned and hope it fixes anything (that most of time sadly don’t fix anything because they storage the cookies of all players that accepted)
Even change your password or permission won’t do anything, if they have your cookies, they can always enter in your account, that can happen on all online services, so isn’t also a Roblox moderation problem.
i unfortunately dont know what website it was
thanks for reminding me that i got cookielogged!
i will instead quit it because i am tired of the internet.
No, being cookie logged is like faking someone else computer.
Roblox will think you’re on the same computer because your computer cookies are there, and gonna think that you never changed the computer or the account. It’s basically the same if someone steal your pc HDD/SSD, they have all your information and the information never gonna think they got stealed or they’re in another computer, because the entire information is the same from the other computer.
If you don’t know the website, you can just wait to the website be banned with the information or just create a new account. (and quit the internet temporary can count like the first way I said of waitting)
You can’t get back what they removed from you (maybe if you contact support about it, but I don’t think they gonna help you sadly) and if you’re good at programming, you could get revenge from them, you need to track all the IPs that enter on your account and once you get a unknown ip, you search it on google and see their location that you can use the make reports of it, but for that you would need to hack Roblox
Go to your settings > Security > Secure sign out
Then sign out, and sign in again.
All Roblox cookies will be invalidated across all devices.
Then, contact Roblox if you want to get all the Robux back, but remember you only get 1 restore per account.
If it wasn’t much robux and you don’t really care, I wouldn’t waste your 1 restore.
If you do care, go ahead and email them and explain what happened.
Simply deleting the cookie from your computer does NOT invalidate it on other systems.
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS SECURE SIGN OUT AND LOG OUT.
