If you go too far from a terrain feature,the materials will just start to blend into each other and some features will simply stop rendering overall. Is there any way to solve that?

This system is usually referred to as ‘Smooth Terrain Level of Detail’, and is implemented to sustain performance of larger terrain maps across all devices. The level of detail you will see terrain at at far distances is partially dependent on your Graphics Quality Level, which you can set in the settings menu.

If you’re looking for ways to make this effect less noticeable on your maps, it helps to place foliage objects throughout your map that either break line-of-sight to empty areas, or that make these areas look more interesting. You can post some screenshots of your terrain if you want help with that.
