oh, I think I know exactly what went wrong. It looks like you baked over your basecolor.
i have to questions
- how to import models to studio (like the best way)
- how to bake properly
In Blender: File > Export > OBJ (or FBX)
In Studio: Asset Manager > Bulk Import
How are you importing the image? (In Blender: Image > Save As, then import it and put into surfaceappearance)
Would it bother you to send a video of what you’re doing? Or otherwise more simply send a screenshot of your explorer/properties of the box.
i will test some idea and then send you a video
I think the issue is the way you’re importing the image, possibly.
Have you tried Save As for the image, saving it into a place such as Downloads for example? And if that doesn’t work, then individually importing the meshes (if you haven’t done that).
sending meshes separately does not work too
Just tested it out, import using .OBJ instead.
I misguided you earlier, sorry!
if i import with obj, there will be no parts, so there will be no choice to animate them
or i should import them separately with .obj?
Just import them separately, I’m not sure what you mean by “there will be no parts” though.
they wont be separated to each other i mean
Yeah simplest way is just to import them one-by-one to prevent them from being imported as one mesh.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!
Its been 3 hours with my friend in discord, and you helped us very-very much. Without you we would literally need to use bad textures…
You are the best
