How to turn my 2d doodle into the 3d model?

Hello Everyone,
I have do some my doodle art and I want to turn it into ROBLOX model to make the 3d art of it.
Do I need to use blender to make the 2d art to come to 3d ,and how I do that?

you can add an image to the blender and try 3d modelling following the 2d image you added
