How to tween a constantly moving, unanchored part?

I am tweening a model, or in other words, tweening one anchored thing that has a bunch of other unanchored things welded to it so they all move together.

How would I tween something that is unanchored, constantly moving, and also welded to something?
I was maybe thinking of using BodyMovers for that, but maybe there’s a better solution?

If you want the second item moving in a circular motion you could try using a HingeConstraint with one Attachment on the Anchored Part of the Tweened Model and the other Attachment on the individual Part.

It is not moving in a circular motion, that drawing was just for demonstration of what I meant.

I tried it anyway and I got the second item to move, but it was really really glitchy and even went off the map sometimes, so no to that.
