How to understand how Mesh Part Collision Physic works?

Hello I’m Ryxku and I’d like to understand how to make good meshes on blender and 3DS Max which will fit perfectly with Roblox physic because I don’t understand how it’s work. The results I get are horrible. ANd sometimes Default is better than PreciseConvexDecomposition!
Here a simple mesh, I would like to have the best collision possible, but how to optimize my 3D model? Should I triangulate? Add faces? Add eges?
