How to understand is player have a verified email? (Need to use API)

I’m programing in python, and I need to figure out how to check is a player have verified email. I looked up internet for old solutions, but none of them worked. Is this API doesn’t work anymore or moved?

I don’t know if is it works at private but I’m alright with this
