You need to have your age verified and have 750 Robux to upload. If you want to sell it on the market, you need 1000/2200 Premium.

The UGC Creator Program no longer exists, and anybody can upload UGC.

If I buy premium for one month would it get removed if my premium expires?

It won’t be removed, it will go off-sale.

To upload UGC on Roblox:

  1. You need to get the item in Roblox Studio.
  2. After that, save it on Roblox. For the content type, select “avatar item.”
  3. Choose the asset category, whether it’s a hat, hair, etc., and submit it. This costs 750 Robux.

To upload them, make sure your age is verified. If you want to upload them to the marketplace, you’ll need a $10+ Premium subscription and to pay robux the price depends of the Asset Category.
