How would create a portal like this?

Hello i played this super cool game called TUNNELER Portal [Tech Demo] - Roblox and i saw this portal :

And wanted to know how i could make such portals

I can’t seem to find the video but about 4 years ago or so roblox made a dynamic portal type update and thats what is used in this.
Teleportation portal demo - Roblox here is the portal game its uncopylocked so you can go and use it.

Thanks for the info, but i’m not looking to achieve a protal system like in the game “portal” but just have this spiral thingy spinning inside of a spherical shape like in the image

Some ways to achieve it:

• A few decals that are spinning. (Change the orientation of the blocks they’re on)
• Particle emitters.
• Possibly surfaceGUIs and utilize their brightness property for that glow? Probably the least performant way of doing it though.

The inside image of where the portal location is, is a ViewportFrame.
