How would I achieve this effect but with way less lag?

Hey there! I’m trying to create this black hole kind of effect, but it’s really laggy and I would to know if I can do this in any other way.

The effect:

The thing that lags the most is the clouds effect. It’s a particle emitter with a size set to 500, and 200 rate, and also some sequences on the transparency and squash. The clouds go inward as well.

Any help is appreciated!

I think using software like Blender and inverting normals should give you the same effect.

Do you want to share what you are doing ? Are you talking about the outside grey or what. Are you using particles , beams or ?

I’m not sure if this will help or not but Roblox made a Showcase that has a really cool black hole in it. It’s open source so you can go to the game page and get yourself a copy to edit in Studio.

I’m mostly looking to make the clouds less laggy, while keeping them animated.
