How would I be able to replicate Roblox's Pre-2020 Lighting?

I Wanna replicate Roblox’s Pre-2020 Lighting as close as i can.

Main thing I’m looking for is the Plastic look on the baseplate, Like the Shininess Because Late-2020 Lighting looks dull and boring.

I did the max graphics on studio, though I’m not sure what graphics the Pre-2020 Image is.
