I Am in the process of building a realistic mining simulator and I have reached the point of building a front end loader. I can make the basic car but I cannot for the life of me make it pivot in the middle. On top of this I need to create the hydraulics for lifting the arm. I am thinking it should be as simple as a detection to see if a player is in the driveseat then a key press detector which drives a motor to lift the arm or pivot in the center but no matter what I try I always end up failing so I keep getting frustrated and then deleting it and starting over so I am no further than I was 6 Hours Ago.
I have no idea where to start. I am only using basic parts to see if i can make this game a fees able option.
I do not want someone to give me a whole script and just fix my life, I do want to learn something from this but I really don’t know at this point and just feel like crying inside
