How would I go about making an impulse grenade, similar as to in Fortnite?

Hello, I wanted to ask how I could do an impulse grenade. The way it works is, you throw it, and then anyone near the grenade will get kind of like “flung” which may lead to your death.

I was thinking of checking the magnitude for the grenade once it’s thrown and then giving the player a BodyVelocity to fling them. Would this be the way to go, or is there a better way?
