You can use beams to reacreate this effect.

I really wish i could show screenshots or a video on how to do this but sadly for some reason i can’t access the roblox website nor roblox studio (possible server problems no idea), but try using attachments and beams for it

To make your own texture you can use any online photo editor site example kleki, delete background and use gradient tool and use it from left-to-right side of image, also the texture needs to be square.
