How would I make a flashlight that will look up and down

  1. I want to make a flashlight that can look up and down just like that character.

  2. I never made something like that so I don’t know how to approach it.

I want the Cframe to match the camera angle. Please help me out. I think I know how to approach it.

Will this work in first person? I doubt it will since I am technically not moving the mouse. I am just moving the currentCamera.
