Im working on a fnaf styled game and i asked the question, how am i supposed to make a camera effect thats glitchy, im trying to recreate that. hope i can get a solution!

no i mean like the effect on the camera the noise effect thingy
Make like 10 noise images upload them all and randomly select one every 0.1 seconds
